Finally training for the Bolder Boulder!

I ran for the 2nd night in a row. Made it 2.62 miles with a total time of 29:19 (11:11 per mile!).

Last night I ran two miles, but didn't time myself (thanks to my almost-bricked Blackberry).

My first night of training was last Friday. I ran 1.5 miles and walked .5.

I'll try to do another 2.5 miles tomorrow if my knees and ankles hold up. Just think, the race is next Monday - and then I get to, um, start training for the Triple Bypass.

I am trying to get my training automatically posted to this blog via my Bones In Motion account. I'll spend some time figuring it before tomorrow's run.
